1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Printify Services LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Printify Services LLC provides digital services including web design, Ecommerce development, digital marketing, branding, and related consulting services. Specific service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written agreements or project proposals.

3. Payment Terms

All fees for services must be paid according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or subscription plan.

  • Payments may be processed via credit card, debit card, or eCheck (ACH).
  • Invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

4. ACH / eCheck Authorization

By providing bank account information and submitting payment, you authorize Printify Services LLC and its payment processor (Authorize.Net) to initiate a debit from your designated bank account for the agreed amount.

  • You confirm that you are an authorized signer on the account.
  • You agree that the amount and payment terms are accurate.
  • This authorization remains valid for one-time or recurring payments (if applicable).

If a transaction is returned due to insufficient funds (NSF), closed account, or authorization dispute, you agree that we may reattempt the transaction or invoice you for the outstanding balance.

eCheck (ACH) payments are available only to customers with United States bank accounts.

5. Failed Payments & Returned Transactions

If an ACH transaction is returned or rejected:

  • You remain responsible for the full service amount.
  • Additional bank or processing fees may apply.
  • Services may be paused until payment is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement. Due to the digital nature of services, completed work or delivered services may not be refundable.

Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment in accordance with payment processor rules.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate disputes in good faith and provide a resolution.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information.
  • Use services for lawful purposes only.
  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive payment activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of Printify Services LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printify Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printify Services LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met or these Terms are violated.

13. Governing Law & International Use

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Printify Services LLC operates and provides services to clients internationally, including customers located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and India.

Users accessing our services from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that may be applicable under the laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in USA, Florida, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
