2. Digital Services Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, payments for completed or partially completed digital services are generally non-refundable.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Completed design, development, or marketing work is non-refundable.
  • Consultation services already provided are non-refundable.

3. Physical Product Returns (eCommerce Store)

Physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item.
  • Replacement or refund may be issued upon verification.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.

For payments made via eCheck (ACH):

  • Refunds will be returned to the original bank account.
  • Returned or failed ACH payments remain the customer's responsibility.
  • Bank fees and processing charges may not be refundable.

Customers agree to contact us before initiating any ACH dispute or bank claim.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.

9. International Orders

Customers located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and India are subject to local customs duties and import taxes where applicable.

Currency conversion fees imposed by banks are non-refundable.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute.
