1. Overview

Printify Services LLC provides digital services and may offer physical products through our eCommerce store. Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of purchase and the stage of order processing.

2. Digital Services Cancellation

Digital services such as web design, marketing, or development projects may be canceled before work has commenced.

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
  • If work has not started, a partial or full refund may apply.
  • Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

For recurring billing plans, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing cycles.
  • No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

4. Physical Product Order Cancellation

Orders for physical products may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Shipped items must follow the Return Policy process.

5. ACH / eCheck Payment Cancellation

For payments made via eCheck (ACH):

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the ACH debit is processed.
  • Once an ACH transaction has been initiated, it may not be reversible immediately.
  • Refunds for processed ACH payments will follow our Refund Policy.

Customers agree not to initiate unauthorized ACH reversals without first contacting us.

6. Late Cancellations

Cancellation requests submitted after service delivery, milestone completion, or product shipment may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Customers are responsible for complying with local consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
